Farewell to long term staff member and colleague
Members at Positive Approach gathered together to say farewell to Lynne, who is moving on to another area. Lynne and Florence, with many of the members have joined in many activities over the last thirteen years. It was a time to talk about all the different projects over the years. Teamforce , a very popular gardening Group, produce would then be sold at the Milldown Unit to raise money to buy more plants etc. Craft Groups of many kind, and Sales at Blandford Hospital, all lots of fun.
Fun was had looking at photographs taken over those years.
Lynne was presented with a bouquet and gifts to say thank you from all her friends.

This partnership working with other colleagues worked so well and benefited many.

It was also a day to celebrate Positive Approach's first anniversary of being independent. We only survive due to the support and generosity of local organisations and charities, we have grown over the year, and we have more members using the Drop In, and more people interested in volunteering in our Charity Shop. Our Unique idea of an all round Tombola has been very successful, we aim to benefit local people, and so of course it is vital to raise funds to be able to continue.
